What happens if i need to go to a hospital?
Do we offer urgent care?
Ommpo does NOT offer medical services. Ommpo simply provides cash reimbursement for our members’ urgent and medical emergency needs.

What is Urgent Care?
Urgent care clinics can address a wide range of urgent and acute concerns. Because most offer same-day appointment availability and 24/7 access to a clinical team.
When should I use an urgent care clinic?
We believe urgent care can be the first stop in some emergency medical events; it’s where you turn for guidance and support for medical events that do not necessarily require a hospital visit.
Can I select my own provider?
Yes. All members, no matter location, can choose their own urgent care clinic. We strongly recommend finding an urgent care clinic that you feel comfortable with and that can collaborate with you on important decisions in order to coordinate and optimize your care.

Membership, Insurance & Fees
Is there an annual membership fee?
Members who pay the Annual Membership Fee have access to time and money saving services through the Mobile App including urgent care payment services, online appointment booking, on-demand video visit technology, and digital access to virtual medical services on the go.
The Annual Membership Fee also covers costs associated with high-touch and value-added non-medical services including lifestyle and wellness offerings and value-added personal assistance services.
Payment of the Annual Membership Fee is a prerequisite for receiving cash back services from Ommpo.
What is the cost of the membership fee?
How soon can I use my membership?
Your plan starts the day your subscription is processed, and there is an initial 30-day waiting period before you can make a claim, giving you 11 months of coverage during the first year. Upon renewal/reactivation (if applicable), you will not be subject to a waiting period.
How does the membership work?
When you have a medical or dental emergency event; go to the emergency room or urgent care of your choice.
To claim back money on medical expenses, you need to remember to keep hold of any relevant paperwork/ receipts and forward your claim to your Care Consultant.
You will then be reimbursed up to the limit of your plan. Simple.
What if i am not satisfied with the service I receive?
The quality of our service is our highest priority, and we’re dedicated to giving you the best experience possible. If we ever fail to meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to fix it.
I have a medical bill from last year, can I claim it?
No you will not be able to claim a past medical event. Any urgent/ emergency medical events must occur within your membership service year.
